These terms describe the rules Robonissa operates under. By using the bot, the Mini-Map or the website, you agree to them.
Robonissa is an AI content service operated by Anna Isakova. Contact: hello.robonissa@gmail.com.
The service creates content for you: avatar video, AI photoshoot, talking photo, video with description, video scenes and carousels. The formats available and the limits depend on your plan. We may change the set of formats, announcing it in the bot beforehand.
Access is tied to your Telegram account. You are responsible for actions taken from your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
By uploading photos, video or voice recordings you confirm you are entitled to do so: the person shown or recorded is either you, or someone who has given you their consent. You grant us the right to use this material solely to create the content you requested. We do not use it to train models, do not publish it, and do not pass it to anyone other than the processors listed in the Privacy Policy.
The content created for you is yours — you may use it however you wish, including commercially. We claim no rights in it and do not publish your material without separate consent.
If these rules are broken we may suspend access without a refund.
Plans are paid in advance for the period stated at purchase; payments are handled by Stripe and Tribute. Limits reset at the start of each period and do not carry over. If the service failed through our fault and we could not put it right, write to us and we will refund the unused period. You may cancel renewal at any time; a period already started runs to its end.
Content is produced by external AI models. Output is probabilistic: it may contain inaccuracies, may differ from what you expected, and identical requests may produce different results. Check factual statements before publishing. We do not guarantee that any particular generation will succeed on the first attempt.
We aim to keep the service running without interruption but do not guarantee continuous availability: maintenance and third-party outages happen. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current period.
You may stop using the service at any time and ask for your data to be deleted. We may discontinue the service with advance notice, refunding the unused period.
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. We would rather resolve disputes by correspondence: write to us and we will try to find a solution before any court is involved.
We will announce changes to these terms in the bot and update the date at the top of this page.
