This document explains what data Robonissa processes, why, and on what legal basis. Robonissa is an AI content service operated by Anna Isakova as a sole trader.
In short. The robonissa.com website collects nothing about you: it carries no analytics, no counters, no advertising pixels and no forms. Data only appears when you message our Telegram bot, complete a Mini-Map, or leave a comment under one of our social posts.

Static pages with no analytics, cookies or forms. Technical request records are kept by our hosting provider, Cloudflare — standard web server logs needed to deliver pages and defend against attacks.
If you complete a Mini-Map, we store your answers and the document generated from them. When you use it through Telegram we additionally store the chat and profile identifiers, name and username that Telegram itself supplies. An email address is stored only if you provide one.
To generate content we store: the chat identifier, the photos, videos and voice notes you send, your voice and styling preferences, usage counters and plan status. Uploaded material is used solely to create the content you asked for.
We process public comments left under our own posts on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube in order to prepare a reply. What we handle is the comment text and the author identifier — information the platform already displays publicly.
Payments are processed by Stripe and Tribute. Card details are entered on their side and never reach us — we receive only the fact of payment, the plan and its expiry.

We do not sell data, do not pass it to advertisers, and do not use it for profiling with legal effects.
Only the processors the service cannot run without, and only to the extent a given task requires:
Some processors are located outside the European Economic Area. Transfers to those countries rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Robonissa uses YouTube API Services to read comments under its own videos and publish replies to them. By using this functionality you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
You can revoke Robonissa's access to your YouTube data at any time through your Google account security settings.
Bot and Mini-Map data is kept while you use the service and is deleted on request. Payment records are kept for as long as accounting law requires. Hosting logs are discarded automatically after a short period.
You may request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, ask for deletion, restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a machine-readable form. Write to hello.robonissa@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority where you live.
The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect children's data.
If this document changes we will update the date at the top of the page. We will announce material changes in the bot as well.
